Speaker Bio:
Christina Schlosser was born at Hollywood Presbyterian Hospital on Vermont Avenue, one block from Sunset Boulevard and grew up in LaLa Land. Throughout her time in Los Angeles, she was involved with theater – in fact her B.A. is from UCLA is in Theater/Film. She held jobs in the entertainment industry prior to moving in 1974 to Reno, Nevada. There was no job, no home, no friends…just beautiful skies, clean air, mountains and a vibrant entertainment community.
Christina went to work for Harrah’s. At Harrah’s she was a member of the stage crew for sixteen years before moving to the front of the house. There she managed Keno, Bingo and finally the Cashier/Credit Manager. In 2007 she became a Branch Manager at the DMV and directed a total of nine offices in Reno, Sparks and Rural Counties. She retired in 2018.
